i finally cut my hair to a length that i consider short. i've been thinking about doing it for awhile and finally did this past week. so far, i really like it. not sure if i'll keep it this length or let it grow out at this point.

this monday night we will start the training to become foster parents and i'm pretty excited about getting started and learning more about the process and experience. the training is every mon/thus evening from 6-9 for 5 weeks so we won't be done until the 2nd week of february. i still don't really know what the timeline beyond that will look like. we have been SO blessed to have friends step-up and offer to keep abbey for us so we can do this training. it's a big sacrifice on their part and we are so so grateful for their willingness to help. we just couldn't do this training without the help of friends.
