today i managed to make dinner AND homemade granola. to top it off, after 1 hr of fighting with a certain cranky, tired 4 month old to take a nap i was FINALLY successful. she has been asleep for about 1.5 hrs. whew.
now i haven't gotten to any of the research i should be doing, that 15 page paper that is due soon and my house could definitely use a good cleaning but all in all i consider today a successful day.

great job baby! we're starting to get hold of this kid thing after all. we CAN get something accomplished during the day...sometimes.
...and...again...please don't lose that granola recipe. it was great.
