i got bitten by fire ants today for the first time in probably 8 years. they were dreadful growing up in palacios and there were always huge mounds of those fiery little suckers all of the yard to avoid while playing. it was like a mine field. today they attacked me while i was at a work function-outside for four hours in 103 degree weather. sometimes i hate texas. that's all.
