random survey

because this sounds fun to me right now and i haven't done one of these in a long time-here is a 10 question survey...

What are you really good at?  What are you really bad at?
good: reading, school work, baking, paying attention to details
bad: cooking, parking a car, being in a group social setting, spelling

Have you ever been in a car accident?  What happened?

yes. kinda. only 1 that involved another moving car and that was the only one that was not my fault. that time i got rear-ended while sitting still at stop light. the others involved me wrecking my car while going through an automatic car wash, backing into a boat trailer (although i'd like to partially blame my dad for parking the boat trailer so that it blocked off the entire entrance to our driveway) and running my mom's van into the side of our garage.

Why did you attend your college?

i think what pushed me to go to A&M more than anything was my boyfriend at the time and my complete lack of direction as to where to go post community college. SO glad i went though!

Describe your morning routine today.
woke up to abbey singing the barney song over the monitor at 6:45, brushed my teeth, got abbey up/changed/fed/dressed, ate, got dressed (while abbey threw random things from our bathroom into the hamper and played with the various "bibles" (aka books) in our bedroom, took macey out, packed up abbey's bag and headed to the park, from there went to whole foods for iced coffee and some playground time for abbey and was back home by 10:30 to feed abbey a snack and give her a quick bath.

Have you ever snooped through someone else’s things? Did you find anything interesting?

i am sure i have but honestly can't recall a specific time. i did once try to hack into an ex-bf's email but never was successful.

What do you think happens when you die?
simply put: if a person has come to the knowledge of Christ i have no doubt they go to meet Him in eternal Heaven. Are you superstitious?

i am not. superstition annoys me to no end.

Do people think you are younger or older than you actually are?

always younger. always.
at the park a couple weeks ago this little boys mom started a conversation with me by saying " you look really young to be a parent." um, really? it turned out i was 3 years older than her.

How did your parents’ relationship influence you?
showed me the importance of having a Christ focused marriage and that it was possible to have sustainable love for 30+ years-even through rough times.

What were the three happiest moments of your life?

a&m acceptance letter, wedding day, and abbey's birthday-although i will admit that the exhaustion/physical toll of that day clouded that happiness a little for awhile.

okay-now someone else play. you know you want to talk about yourself-it's fun :)
