we got macey when she was 3 years old and have had her for 2 years. she was a breeder's and dog and when an infection caused her to not be able to have puppies anymore the breeder decided to find her a new home. when we first brought macey home she was extremely nervous and scared of EVERYTHING. over the past 2 years she's come out of her shell a good bit. she's a sweet and mild mannered yorkie. she is nothing like the typical energetic, yappy yorkie and i think that's due to her previous life. and while her emotional neediness gets to me sometimes (the dog follows me around non-stop) i love our sweet macey and know we've got it good with her :)
