thanksgiving week

my parents, the turkey and abbey

she really wanted to sit up there all by herself

as usual, gregg worked thanksgiving day. i guess it's one of the downfalls of his career but at least he typically works thanksgiving in exchange for christmas. so abbey and i drove to my parents house for a couple of days. we ended up cutting our visit short though because her cold got worse and she needed to see a doctor and i also am now sick.

this past monday are friends kathy and joe were in from TN visiting family so we made the drive to to see them and finally meet their son, ethan (aka our future son in law). it was SO good to see them and to finally get to see each other's children.
